Premium Laundry Pickup and Delivery

When you join, we provide a dedicated 35 L bag holding 7–9 kg at no charge. One order fits roughly four to five days of laundry for one man living alone. Compared with a laundromat, our laundry delivery service is more convenient and effortless, making it popular with a wide range of customers.
After registration, we deliver a fill-the-bag laundry bag and a per-item dry-cleaning bag. Place your laundry in the plastic liner inside the dedicated bag.
We offer four plans for individuals, families, and businesses, tailored to different lifestyles and needs. Charges are totaled monthly and paid by card the following month, so you pay after using the service.
Pickup can be arranged individually, and you do not need to be home. We can flexibly accommodate pickup and delivery requests. Most parcel lockers can be used for pickup and delivery.
Direct handoff at your door is also available.
Your laundry is professionally finished and returned clean. Delivery timing varies by service area and membership plan.
PREMIUM POINT
Professionals handle one of the most time-consuming household chores: folding. Customers appreciate the exceptionally neat finish, often better than folding at home. Opening the bag feels like receiving brand-new clothing.
We use our own specially formulated detergent. It effectively removes persistent perspiration odors and is strong against oily stains. We continue refining the formula as fabrics and laundry needs evolve, always pursuing better cleaning power and finishing quality.
Typical household washing machines automatically conserve water, which can leave too little water for thorough rinsing. Running two rinse cycles takes time and costs more. Shirofuwa Bin uses more rinse water than many other services, and the difference becomes clear with continued use.
Our dedicated laundry team handles washing and drying, adjusting detergent, softener, drying time, and temperature for each customer.
A trained team of about 22 folding specialists carefully folds every item, packs it neatly in your dedicated bag, and returns it with care.
A driver familiar with your area can follow requests such as leaving the bag in a designated place or calling before pickup and delivery.
Each customer’s laundry is washed in a separate drum, providing added peace of mind.
Place underwear and other delicate items in a delicates bag, and we wash and dry them without opening the bag. Staff will not open it.
We use commercial high-temperature gas dryers for a soft, fluffy finish.
Our staff carefully smooths wrinkles. Commercial drying plus light wrinkle smoothing helps straighten creases that home washer-dryers often leave behind.
You may use your preferred detergent and softener. An additional monthly fee of ¥1,200 before tax applies, or ¥1,000 before tax in the Yellow Area.The bottle-keep service is simple: place the bottles in your bag, and we will store them for future orders. Details are provided after enrollment. Without this option, we use our commercial fragrance-free detergent and softener.
Dry-cleaning pickup and delivery is available together with your wash, dry & fold order, starting from just one dress shirt. Currently available only in central Tokyo, with expansion planned.

We recommend the Standard Plan with up to five orders per month. One bag holds roughly four to five days of laundry for one man living alone.
We recommend the Premium Plan with up to 12 orders per month, allowing a family to send laundry about every other day.
The bag holds about 70–80% of a standard 45 L household trash bag. That is roughly four to five days of laundry for one man living alone, or around 50–60 sports towels, depending on fabric thickness.
Some items labeled “Do not wash” or “Do not tumble dry” may still tolerate standard washing, but the decision is the customer’s responsibility. We treat submitted items as approved for washing and drying. Please understand that damage resulting from standard wash, dry & fold processing cannot be guaranteed.

No. Each customer’s laundry is washed, dried, and folded separately.
Place items in your own laundry net and pack the net in the main bag with the rest of your laundry. Underwear should be submitted in a net. To protect privacy, we wash and dry the net without opening or inspecting it, and items remain inside the net when returned. If items cannot dry or be cleaned properly inside the net, we may remove them at our discretion.
We use our own commercial detergent and fabric softener.
Yes. With our bottle-keep option, place your preferred detergent or softener in the bag, and we will store it for future orders. Details are provided after enrollment. The fee is ¥1,200 per month before tax, or ¥1,000 in the Yellow Area.

Payment is generally by credit card only, except for business customers. Debit or prepaid cards carrying Visa, Mastercard, or JCB may also be accepted.
